Just South of Bahrs LAnding a pod of dolphins feeds on a shore dinner!

BREAKING NEWS*** Januarryc15th 2009 Last Thursday I along with 3 restaurant employees saw 3-5 dolphins quickly heading towards the ocean. At around 11:30 a.m. at the end of the little snow storm last week, we saw them outside of our restaurant windows free jumping clear out of the water in the direction of Sandy Hook Bay. We never saw them return up river. Another Highlands resident spotted the same group earlier that same morning attempting to pass through the bridge but they seemed to be apprehensive and turned back and regrouped several times for over an hour before they made a break for it. The bridge construction noise was at a minimum due to the snow. Jay Cosgrove
