Mike Pelligra and I am the chairman for the 2003 Raritan Bay Anglers club charity fishing tournament. On July 19th we will be holding our 13th annual Fluke tournament. The club consists of anglers from the tri-state area and donates funds to both fishing and non fishing charities.
