Eligibility

Your organization must be a registered non-profit (501(c)(3)) and located in the Two Rivers/Bayshore/Sandy Hook area.

Submission Requirements

• All donation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably on your organization's official letterhead.
• Requests must be submitted at least 90 days before the donation is needed.

Required Information

Please include the following when submitting your request:

• Contact Name and Title
• Your organization’s Exempt Organization Certificate (Form ST-5) and Tax ID number
• The state where your organization is registered as a not-for-profit or tax-exempt entity
• A clear description of your request (whether it’s a product or grant, and the exact amount needed)
• Why the donation is needed at this time
• Who will benefit from the donation

Submission Process

• Please attach any relevant documents or supporting materials related to your request.
• Drop off your completed forms at Bahrs Landing during your next visit for lunch or dinner.

Response Time

We will notify your organization within 30 days regarding the status of your donation request.
